Great Session at Pit Buildings

The 14As were washed out but while Melbourne gave us its stormy finest and it rained and it poured, it couldn’t keep our Milo cricketers down! A terrific session was held at the Pit Building indoor nets on Friday evening – noisy and a bit slippery but a lot of fun for all! Everyone then headed back to the Club for a BBQ under the verandah and to collect their kits.

If you didn’t make it last Friday, kits will be available for collection next Saturday morning.

Lachie Gooley returns as Milo Coach for Season 2011 and John Chantrell steps up as Milo Cricket Co-coordinator.

We are delighted to announce that John Chantrell (father of Edward) will be this season’s Milo Co-coordinator and that Lachie Gooley is returning as Milo Coach for Season 2011. Lachie is a qualified Coach and has had a very successful playing career, having been in the Melbourne Grammar School 1st XI for two years and the squad to tour England.

John will be seeking assistance from other parents to work with him over the season.
